What is the difference between FinchTrade and FinchRails?

FinchTrade is our OTC desk: spot conversions, first party only — you trade for your own account. Onboarding is strict and open to licensed businesses in accepted jurisdictions.

FinchRails is our cross-border payments business, run by our Canadian entity, FINTRAC-registered MSB, PSP registration under Bank of Canada review: you send us fiat or stablecoin, and we pay out local currency or stablecoin to your beneficiaries. Same group, built for payments.

If you move funds to yourself, it's FinchTrade. If you pay anyone else, suppliers or your own customers, it's FinchRails.
