# Cross-Border Payments (FinchRails)

#### **How is FinchRails different from FinchTrade?**

**FinchTrade** is our OTC desk: spot conversions, first party only — you trade for your own account. Onboarding is strict and open to licensed businesses in accepted jurisdictions.

**FinchRails** is our cross-border payments business, run by our Canadian entity, FINTRAC-registered MSB, PSP registration under Bank of Canada review: you send us fiat or stablecoin, and we pay out local currency or stablecoin to your beneficiaries. Same group, built for payments.

If you move funds to yourself, it's FinchTrade. If you pay anyone else, suppliers or your own customers, it's FinchRails.

#### **Which corridors and currencies are covered?**

* **Africa:** NGN (Nigerian naira), GHS (Ghanaian cedi) against USDT/USDC
* **\[coming soon]Latin America:** MXN (Mexican peso), BRL (Brazilian real), CLP (Chilean peso), ARS (Argentine peso)
* **\[coming soon]UAE:** AED (UAE dirham)

If the corridor you need is not on this list, ask your account manager — new corridors are added based on demand.

#### **How does a payment work?**

1. **Onboarding.** Dedicated support from our team; standard cases are approved within days.
2. **Send.** Enter the amount, destination and preferred currency — the same way you would instruct a bank transfer.
3. **Conversion and settlement.** Once your funds arrive, they are converted automatically for cross-border settlement.
4. **Execution and reporting.** Funds are delivered in the beneficiary's currency via domestic rails, with full per-transaction reporting: FX rate, on-chain hash and bank reference.

#### **How fast is settlement?**

T+0 / T+1 on average, against T+3–T+7 for a comparable SWIFT payment. There are no correspondent banks in the chain, which is what removes most of the delay.

#### **How long does onboarding take?**

24–72 hours on average for onboarding and integration.

#### **Can we pay our own customers through FinchRails?**

Yes — that is what it is built for. This is the practical difference from FinchTrade, where settlement is first party only: fiat goes only to an account in your own company's name and digital assets only to your own verified wallet.

#### **What do we send, and what does the beneficiary receive?**

You send stablecoin. The beneficiary receives fiat in the local currency of the corridor, paid through domestic rails in their country.

#### **What reporting do we get?**

Full reporting for every transaction: the FX rate applied, the on-chain hash of the incoming transfer and the bank reference of the outgoing payment.

#### **Who can use FinchRails?**

Institutional and professional clients. Our services are not available to retail clients residing in, or corporate clients registered or established in, the United Kingdom, the United States, the European Union, or other restricted jurisdictions.

#### **Under which licence does FinchRails operate?**

FINTRAC-registered MSB, PSP registration under Bank of Canada review. This is a different entity and licence from FinchTrade AG, which settles from Switzerland — one reason the two products have different rules about who can receive the funds.

#### **What are the fees, minimums and limits?**

Pricing is quoted per client and per corridor — there is no published fee schedule, and institutional FX rates across EUR, USDT and local currencies are part of the commercial terms. Ask your account manager for a quote for your volumes and corridors.

#### **How do we get started?**

Tell your account manager which corridors and currencies you need and whether the funds are your own or your customers'. Support runs 24/7 over Telegram and email.
